By downloading, installing, or using the FilmContract application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

FilmContract is a mobile application developed by DeePage Studios that enables film industry professionals to create, manage, sign, and track contracts digitally. The App provides tools for producers and actors to streamline their contract workflows.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

FilmContract facilitates the creation and signing of digital contracts between users. While we provide the platform, we are not a party to any contracts created through the App. Users are solely responsible for the content and terms of their contracts. We recommend consulting with a legal professional for important agreements.

6. Payments

Payment processing within the App is facilitated through third-party payment providers. DeePage Studios is not responsible for payment disputes between users. All payment terms are agreed upon between the contracting parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The FilmContract application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by DeePage Studios and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

FilmContract is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DeePage Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
